As a Knowledge Manager in the Product Support team, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of support content for our accounting software. Your daily responsibilities include creating and updating software manuals, managing interactive help dialogues, and producing news updates regarding program changes. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and users, ensuring that complex accounting information is translated into clear, accessible documentation. A core part of your role involves quality assurance, where you will analyze support feedback and hotline data to proactively optimize content. You will also participate in agile Scrum processes, manage versioning, and mentor team members. This position is ideal for someone with a background in technical writing or editorial content who possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles.
