Job Summary

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining our client's IT infrastructure by coordinating and executing the setup, installation, and relocation of hardware systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include connecting client and server units, performing functional tests, managing inventory, and conducting hardware repairs. You will also provide 1st and 2nd level support, handle software installations, and perform basic client OS configurations.
