Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for our client in Wiesbaden. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the coordination and execution of hardware installations, relocations, and the setup of client and server units. You will perform functional tests, manage asset inventories, and conduct hardware repairs and upgrades. Additionally, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support, handling service requests and resolving technical issues using standardized procedures. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in system integration who enjoys hands-on technical work and customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable IT-related qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in IT hardware installation, configuration, and repair
Experience in managing and maintaining network systems
Experience in asset management and inventory tracking
Experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
Experience in leading small teams or coordinating project tasks
