As a Project Manager for Test System Development, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated testing solutions for radar, electronic warfare, and avionics systems used in aerospace and defense. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors. Your day-to-day involves defining test system architectures, specifying hardware and software modules, and serving as the primary interface for internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering or physics, combined with hands-on experience in measurement technology and automated test systems. You will work within a specialized team of approximately 50 professionals at HENSOLDT Sensors, contributing to cutting-edge technology in an innovative environment. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in measurement technology.

  • Experience as a product manager or lead for hardware/software development projects.
  • Experience in managing project schedules, costs, and performance delivery.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external subcontractors.
