Job Summary
The City of Laatzen is seeking a dedicated Process Management Officer to join its Organization and Human Resources Development team. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining robust process management structures, including the procurement and setup of a new process portal software. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing various organizational processes, offering critical insights, developing alternatives, and providing training and guidance to internal teams. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a meaningful role within a supportive public service environment, focused on improving community well-being in a modern, forward-thinking city.
Required Skills
Education
First entry-level qualification for career group 2, General Administration/Administrative Business Administration OR successful completion of Angestelltenlehrgang II (Employee Training Course II) OR a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
Experience
- Professional experience in process management (for Bachelor's degree holders)
- Comprehensive knowledge in the field of process management
- Solid administrative knowledge
