Job Summary

Required Skills

Education

Completion of teacher training requirements according to § 11 of the Education Career Ordinance (BLVO) for civil servants, or an equivalent qualification for contract employees.

Experience

  • 5 years of school, teaching, and examination experience in the Berlin school system
  • 5 years of leadership experience (school management) in the educational sector
  • 3 years of experience with change management processes in educational institutions, specifically in challenging environments
