The NGS-Integrative Genomics Core Unit at the University Medical Center Göttingen is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician or Research Assistant to support their high-throughput sequencing operations. In this role, you will perform essential preparative work for RNA and DNA sequencing, operate advanced robotics for sample preparation, and manage the quality control of genetic samples. You will work directly with state-of-the-art sequencing platforms, including NovaSeq 6000, NovaSeq X Plus, and Oxford Nanopore systems. Additionally, you will participate in the implementation of new NGS methods and single-cell technologies.
