Job Summary

As a Technical Estimator at G&N Gefahrenmelde- und Nachrichtentechnik GmbH, you will play a critical role in the project lifecycle by preparing precise cost calculations and proposals for security and communication systems, including fire alarm, intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems. Your day-to-day work involves analyzing technical specifications and drawings, calculating material and labor costs, evaluating subcontractor bids, and collaborating with sales and project management teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and timely project delivery. You will also maintain and optimize internal calculation databases and participate in contract negotiations. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen, possessing a background in engineering or construction.
