Job Summary

As a Service Technician at G&N, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our clients by installing, programming, and commissioning sophisticated security infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include working with intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control, and video surveillance. You will perform technical measurements, ensure compliance with standards like DIN VDE and EN 54, and manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing systems. Beyond the technical work, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, conducting training and providing detailed documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or a comparable field (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology).

Experience

Professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT systems engineering.
Practical experience in the assembly, service, and commissioning of security systems is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing technical documentation and quality assurance protocols.
