Job Summary

As a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Material Tester at TÜV Rheinland, you will be responsible for planning, evaluating, and executing non-destructive material tests for national and international clients. Your day-to-day tasks will primarily involve conducting tests such as magnetic particle inspection, penetrant testing, visual inspection, radiographic testing, and ultrasonic testing. You will meticulously document all test results and perform standardized tests on various materials, often at client sites. Required Skills

Education

Technical or manual vocational training in electrical engineering or metalworking, ideally as a material tester. Qualification in NDT testing procedures according to DIN EN ISO 9712 Level 1 or 2 is desirable.

Experience

  • Professional experience in non-destructive material testing (NDT)
  • Basic knowledge of welding technology is desirable
