As a Product Manager for Lighting Products, you will be responsible for managing the testing and certification processes for various products, collaborating closely with clients and laboratories. You will serve as the primary expert in lighting technology, providing comprehensive customer support, assisting sales with technical inquiries and calculations, and ensuring project efficiency from preparation to coordination and support during testing, inspection, and certification. A key part of your role involves maintaining high standards of quality, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will update the service portfolio for IT/AV and laboratory equipment to comply with current regulations, standards, and market demands, with a specific focus on relevant IEC/EN/UL/CSA standards for lighting products. This role requires an individual with strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and a proactive approach to product lifecycle management.
