The IT Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the IT department at 'Die Gute Hand' foundation in Kürten-Biesfeld. In this part-time (50%) position, you will serve as the first point of contact for users, providing essential telephone support and troubleshooting assistance. Your daily responsibilities include managing the inventory of hardware and software, setting up new equipment, and maintaining accurate technical documentation, alongside managing the distribution of office consumables.
