Job Summary

The IT Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the IT department at Stiftung Die Gute Hand in Kürten-Biesfeld. In this part-time (50%) position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing reliable telephone support to end-users and managing the day-to-day operations of the IT office. Key daily tasks include the inventory, setup, and documentation of hardware and software, as well as managing the distribution of office and IT consumables. Candidates should possess a strong service-oriented mindset, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure. While a formal background in IT or business administration is desirable, the role primarily requires a high level of proficiency with Microsoft software and a genuine willingness to learn complex technical IT structures. Required Skills
