Job Summary
As a Senior Product Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development of innovative food and dietary supplement products within the Consumer Health Care sector. Your daily responsibilities include conducting market and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities, managing the full product launch process from concept to shelf, and overseeing product dossiers, including formulation and regulatory compliance. You will serve as a key advisor to internal stakeholders in Sales and Marketing and act as the primary contact for external partners and manufacturers. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring all products meet strict quality standards and legal requirements under food law. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Nutritional Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within the food or consumer healthcare industry, with a focus on dietary supplements.
- Proven experience in developing innovative, customer-specific private-label products.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordinating product launch processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing product dossiers, including formulation, stability testing, and regulatory documentation.

- Must possess sound knowledge of food law and food analysis. Experience with QM audit processes (IFS/DIN EN ISO 9001) is required.
