Job Summary

In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of processes within the direct marketing business unit, spanning from market communication to billing. You will be responsible for the timely creation and submission of schedules and the management of market processes (MaKo) in accordance with GPKE/MPES. A key part of your day-to-day will involve coordinating the technical connection of renewable energy plants, ensuring remote controllability, and working closely with IT, Energy Operations, and grid operators. You will also develop marketing strategies to optimize revenues on spot and intraday markets, while ensuring full regulatory compliance with EEG and EnWG frameworks. Furthermore, you will manage external and internal service providers, such as balancing group managers and IT providers, and lead contract negotiations. This position is ideal for an experienced energy professional who is eager to shape new structures in a dynamic, sustainability-focused startup environment that values flexibility and innovation.
