Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant for the Landesgartenschau OG 2032 GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of this major regional project in Offenburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the executive office, preparing and following up on board meetings and supervisory board sessions, drafting resolutions, and creating professional reports and presentations for political stakeholders and funding bodies. You will also oversee event organization and assist in complex procurement processes. This position is ideal for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, project-oriented environment. You will work directly with the Managing Director, providing the essential support needed to drive this high-impact urban development project forward. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Clerk, Legal Assistant, Judicial Clerk, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an executive assistant role
- Professional experience in public administration or legal/judicial support environments preferred
- Experience in project management and administrative coordination
