As a Team Lead for ERP at the GOLDNER Fashion Group, you will spearhead the management and ongoing development of the company's ERP landscape, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 and DiVA. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading and coaching an ERP team, establishing clear operational structures, and managing project lifecycles from planning through to Go-live. You will act as the primary bridge between business departments and the development team, translating complex requirements into technical specifications while ensuring high-quality process optimization across logistics, procurement, sales, and finance.
