Job Summary
As a Team Lead Data Analyst at the GOLDNER Fashion Group, you will spearhead the company's Business Intelligence efforts. You will be responsible for both the functional and disciplinary leadership of the BI team, driving the evolution of the BI strategy in close collaboration with IT and various business departments. Your day-to-day work involves conducting complex data analyses, developing data-driven solutions, and building optimization models for personalization. You will act as the central point of contact for data-driven inquiries, managing and prioritizing BI projects to align with the company's broader data-driven strategy. Additionally, you will focus on developing automated, data-based solutions such as microservices. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong analytical prowess with a collaborative, agile leadership style, offering the unique opportunity to shape the data strategy of an expanding European fashion brand in a hybrid work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the BI or Data environment
- Initial leadership experience is highly desirable
- Professional experience in managing and prioritizing BI projects
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration with IT and management
