Job Summary

As a Building Services Engineer within the Office for Educational Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing educational infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing technical building equipment (TGA), managing operator responsibilities for technical systems, and leading maintenance, modernization, and new construction projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for external planning firms and engineering offices, ensuring that all projects adhere to strict quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing invoices, preparing decision-making documents for committees, and ensuring compliance with all relevant technical standards and safety regulations.
