Job Summary
As a Service Technician at ABC-Immo GmbH, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational functionality of building systems and equipment across our various bakery locations. Your day-to-day duties will involve troubleshooting and repairing technical installations, coordinating external contractors, and overseeing preventive maintenance tasks. You will also play a key role in setting up point-of-sale systems, configuring network routers, and assisting with renovation and modernization projects. This role offers a high level of autonomy and requires a proactive approach to supporting the Technical Manager. You will be part of a dynamic, family-run company that values long-term stability and professional growth. The position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys diverse technical challenges and wants to contribute to the efficient operation of a growing network of retail locations. You will be provided with a company car and phone to facilitate your work across different sites.

Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (Handwerk)
Experience
- Professional experience in the preventive maintenance and repair of building technology and equipment
- Experience in technical documentation and administrative reporting
- Proven ability to work independently and manage technical tasks within a retail or facility management environment
