Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, ensuring seamless operations for internal staff. Your daily responsibilities include managing 1st and 2nd level support tickets, performing basic administration of server and network infrastructure, and overseeing mobile device management and telephony systems. You will also contribute to security tasks, such as spam and malware protection and SIEM/SOC monitoring. The role requires a structured approach to documentation and troubleshooting, often managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience working with Windows Server 2016 or higher.
- Practical experience in using ticket systems is considered an advantage.
