Job Summary

This role is for an energetic E2E Process Manager to drive company-wide process optimization with a holistic and customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will analyze, design, and continuously improve business processes across the entire value chain, with a particular focus on technical connection processes within the network sector. Day-to-day tasks include conducting comprehensive E2E process analyses, leading cross-functional core teams, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPI and NPS, and initiating optimization projects.
