As a Quality Management Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing the quality management systems at our psychiatric clinic in Erlangen. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve defining transparent operational structures, establishing verifiable quality standards, and ensuring compliance with both legal and corporate requirements. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing key performance indicators for management reviews, conducting internal and supplier audits, and facilitating quality circles to support leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare who excels in interdisciplinary collaboration and possesses strong moderation skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a university degree (Fachhochschulabschluss) in the healthcare sector. Additional qualifications as a Quality Management Representative and Internal Quality Auditor are required or must be acquired promptly.
