Job Summary
As the IT Backend Support Team Lead, you will spearhead a cross-site team of nine specialists within the IT and Digitalization division of a major regional healthcare provider. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating and leading the backend team to ensure high-quality, stable, and future-proof 2nd and 3rd-level support. You will be a central figure in cross-site project management, overseeing coordination and steering while driving continuous process optimization within support workflows. Beyond leadership, you will actively assist your team with operational tasks. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract status, public service benefits (TVöD-K), flexible working models including remote options, and a structured leadership training program. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system administration and backend support
- Proven experience in project management and project steering
- Experience in leading and supporting colleagues through complex technical and organizational issues
- Practical knowledge of software management and licensing rights
