Job Summary

This role involves managing and developing the IT infrastructure for the Bischöfliches Ordinariat. You will be responsible for the administration of servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices, ensuring a stable and secure IT environment through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include handling 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support requests, implementing security patches, and automating routine processes using scripting. You will also collaborate on technical projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations and backup management, while maintaining detailed system documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science (Bachelor or Master) or completed IT vocational training with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the operation and administration of IT systems (servers, networks, storage, backup, operating systems)
  • Professional experience in technical project participation and documentation
  • Experience in supporting IT environments and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server/RDS)
