Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • 5 years of practical experience in onsite support, field service, or workplace support.
  • Professional experience in managing IT workplace lifecycles.
  • Experience with IMAC/D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services.
  • Proven experience in documenting technical processes within ticketing systems.
