Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration, Administrative Informatics (B.A.), Business Administration, IT Project Management, Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, or equivalent; or qualification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt).

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management
  • Experience in the implementation of software services is desirable
  • Experience in digitalization, automation, and AI application is desirable
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, web technologies) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of public administration processes is desirable

  • Must hold Laufbahnbefähigung for the 1st entry office of career group 2 in NRW (or equivalent degree), or relevant administrative qualification. Ability to work in a public sector environment. Position is subject to public service pay scales (TVöD/LBesG NRW).
