Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Augsburg, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for approximately 3,000 Windows-based clients. Your daily responsibilities include the installation and configuration of workplace hardware, as well as providing hands-on technical support for business users. You will work extensively with specialized industrial hardware, such as Panel PCs and Industrial Tablets, requiring strong analytical skills for error diagnosis and troubleshooting. A key component of this role involves documenting all activities within a ticketing system to ensure operational transparency.
