Job Summary

This role is a unique hybrid position acting as the technical backbone of the organization, responsible for both physical building infrastructure and digital IT systems. Day-to-day, you will manage local IT infrastructure, including server maintenance, workstation setup, and network support, while simultaneously performing building maintenance, facility repairs, and minor electrical or plumbing tasks. You will serve as the primary troubleshooter for both hardware and software issues, ensuring the office environment remains fully operational. Key requirements include a technical background in IT systems integration or electrical/mechatronic engineering, combined with a versatile 'all-rounder' mindset. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., IT Systems Integration Specialist, Electrician with IT certification, or Mechatronics Technician).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT systems administration and infrastructure support
  • Practical experience in building maintenance or facility technical services
  • Proven ability to manage user permissions and access control systems
  • Experience in performing minor electrical and mechanical repairs
