Job Summary
This unique hybrid role serves as the technical backbone of the organization, bridging the gap between physical infrastructure and digital systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage local IT infrastructure, including server administration, network troubleshooting (WLAN/LAN), and user permission management via Active Directory. Simultaneously, you will oversee building technology, performing maintenance on technical systems and executing minor electrical or plumbing repairs. The ideal candidate possesses a versatile technical background, such as an IT Specialist or Electrician with strong IT skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, Electrician with IT qualification, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or a comparable technical field
- Practical experience in server administration and network protocols
- Experience in user authorization and permission management
- Proven experience in manual technical tasks including electrical or plumbing repairs
- Experience working in a service-oriented environment with internal support responsibilities
