Job Summary
This Postdoctoral position offers an exciting opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research on genomic and post-transcriptional processes in pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. You will work within a growing laboratory to dissect tumor evolution, heterogeneity, metastasis, and drug resistance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve utilizing advanced computational biology methods to identify genomic aberrations and verifying these findings through functional and mechanistic studies. You will work with diverse platforms, including 2D/3D cell cultures, organoids, and mouse models, as well as human specimens. The role is ideal for a driven scientist eager to contribute to novel therapeutic developments in a highly interdisciplinary environment. Required Skills
Education
Doctoral degree (PhD) in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Science, or Bioinformatics.
Experience
- Professional experience in molecular biology and cancer research
- Experience in computational platforms and omics data analysis is highly encouraged
- Demonstrated ability to drive independent research projects
