Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will play a vital role in maintaining a seamless IT environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include resolving technical incidents, managing hardware setups (PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers), and handling user account administration within Active Directory and Microsoft 365. You will be responsible for IT onboarding and offboarding, maintaining internal documentation, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met through efficient ticket management. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to ITIL-based process optimizations and participate in diverse technical projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT System Integration or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or Service Desk environments
- Practical experience in user and rights management within Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticket management systems such as Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow
- Experience in hardware maintenance and configuration of Windows-based environments
