Job Summary

As an IT Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and support of hardware and software, as well as providing hands-on training to users. You will act as a primary point of contact for resolving technical incidents, managing service requests, and executing rollout projects involving client devices, printers, telephony, and network equipment. A key part of your role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, documenting your work in ticketing systems, and identifying opportunities for technical improvements.
