Job Summary

As an IT Campus Technician, you will serve as a vital point of contact for technical support within a large-scale technology partner environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing customer inquiries via ticketing systems, phone, email, and fax, performing initial qualification, analysis, and troubleshooting. You will be hands-on with the repair and maintenance of client hardware and peripheral devices, while managing the IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove) processes for workstations. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and cabling workstations to ensure optimal functionality and maintaining accurate asset management within the company's internal tools. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electronics or a commercial field, such as IT System Electronics Technician or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT hardware and software support
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of client devices and peripherals
  • Experience in workstation deployment and lifecycle management (IMAC/R)

German (Basic)

  • Driver's license Class B required.
