Job Summary

The Lower Saxony State Department for Waterway, Coastal and Nature Conservation (NLWKN) is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join their team in Verden. In this role, you will lead the planning, tendering, and on-site construction supervision for flood protection and watercourse development projects. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and regulatory approval to final cost accounting and contractor management. This position offers a high level of autonomy, working closely with local authorities and project stakeholders.   • Experience in project management, including cost and schedule control.
  • Experience in field work and site supervision in challenging terrain.
