Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at our head office in Emsdetten, you will play a vital role in supporting our IT department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing user rights, documenting internal processes, and conducting price comparisons for IT services. Following an initial onboarding period, you will transition into a First-Level Support role, acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding help-desk inquiries, printer troubleshooting, and software installation and configuration. Furthermore, you will contribute to the optimization of our IT infrastructure and participate in exciting projects, such as the implementation of MS 365. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems support and employee consultation is considered an advantage
- Experience in administrative and organizational IT tasks
- Proven ability to work independently and manage IT challenges
