Job Summary
This full-time role based in Emsdetten involves supporting a small, family-oriented IT department within a growing elderly care provider. As an IT Support Specialist, your day-to-day activities will include administrative tasks such as documenting processes, managing user rights, and comparing vendor quotes. Following an initial training phase, you will transition into First-Level Support, where you will manage the help desk, troubleshoot hardware like printers, and assist staff with software installation and configuration. You will also play a key role in optimizing IT infrastructure and contributing to projects such as the rollout of Microsoft 365. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work with short decision-making paths and wants to help build a modern IT department. Required Skills
Education
