As a Manufacturing Engineer in the maritime defense industry, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and coordination of electrical assembly and production processes. Based in Hamburg, you will oversee both internal and external trades, ensuring that all project phases remain strictly within schedule and budget constraints. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing production workflows, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and acting as a key liaison between the production floor, quality departments, and project management. You will be instrumental in identifying technical dependencies, reporting deviations, and implementing functional, cost-effective solutions. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, qualification as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO), or a comparable technical qualification.

  • Proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
