Job Summary

This role involves the independent development of electronic hardware solutions for innovative systems, including lighting, intelligent surfaces, E/E systems, and motor drives. The Hardware Developer will define mechatronic concepts, create and oversee technical development documentation according to automotive standards, and perform layout/circuit design using Mentor Expedition, including electrical and thermal simulations. Key responsibilities also include generating new product ideas, developing technology platforms and circuit topologies, creating test specifications, and actively participating in interdisciplinary project teams using agile development methods. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or electrical engineering, initial experience with technology platforms and ASICs, and a strong understanding of agile development practices.
