Job Summary

This role involves working as a Supplier Development Engineer, focusing on the qualification, support, and evaluation of international suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating quality assurance agreements with specific ppm targets, planning and executing process and product audits, and ensuring the follow-up and effectiveness of corrective actions. The engineer will be responsible for identifying and implementing supplier development programs, organizing quality optimization and cost reduction measures, and conducting risk and capacity analyses. A key requirement is a university degree, deep knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and experience with quality management methodologies.
