The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent, operational execution of repairs and maintenance on decentralized energy generation systems (heating, cooling, and electricity) in the Upper Bavaria North region, particularly the greater Munich area. Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, preventing and resolving malfunctions, supporting commissioning and optimization of new and existing systems, and analyzing maintenance processes to enhance system availability. This position requires a strong focus on HSE guidelines, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach, while working within a supportive team environment dedicated to sustainable energy solutions.
