Job Summary

This role is central to driving the digital transformation and harmonization of IT system landscapes within Bayernwerk Natur, a subsidiary focused on sustainable, decentralized energy supply solutions in Bavaria. The specialist will implement the IT roadmap, focusing on economic efficiency, scalability, and leveraging modules from the E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) digital toolkit, including Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Daily responsibilities involve leading digital and IT projects, developing structured data management systems, visualizing key business performance indicators (KPIs), and creating automation and connectivity solutions to optimize processes and asset performance. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Information Technology or Computer Science, professional experience managing IT projects, and deep knowledge of energy data management and the German energy market. Fluency in both German and English is a prerequisite for this challenging and responsible position aimed at shaping the future of energy supply.
