Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the technical infrastructure for a leading European IT service provider near Potsdamer Platz. Your daily responsibilities include managing onsite support requests, handling ticket processing, and performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). You will be responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of workstations, including cabling and troubleshooting, as well as managing hardware inventory, device imaging, and user onboarding. Additionally, you will provide technical support for both in-person and online meetings. This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a rotating shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 19:00). This position is ideal for a detail-oriented IT professional looking to work within a large-scale, innovative environment with excellent prospects for long-term permanent employment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in onsite IT support and service desk environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with ticket management systems
  • Experience in hardware maintenance, imaging, and inventory management

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to work in rotating early and late shifts. High level of customer orientation and reliability.
