Job Summary
The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) is seeking an Administrative Clerk to support the European Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) division in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of grant applications, including file management, data reporting, and communication with project partners. You will assist in the verification of proof-of-use documents, monitor project success, and provide general office support such as scheduling and event coordination. This position is ideal for someone with a background in administration or office management who is comfortable working with data and reporting tools. The role is a fixed-term contract serving as parental leave coverage, offering a structured and collaborative environment within a public sector organization dedicated to European funding initiatives.
Required Skills
Education
Completed three-year vocational training in administration or office management (e.g., Administrative Specialist or Office Management Specialist).
Experience
- Professional experience in office management or administrative roles
- Experience in handling data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel)
- Experience with grant programs or third-party funding is considered an asset

- Must be willing to undergo a basic security clearance (SÜ1). Proficiency in German at C1 level is mandatory. Must have a valid work permit for Germany. Position is a fixed-term contract for parental leave replacement.
