Job Summary
The University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) is seeking a Molecular Biologist or Research Associate to join its Center for Diagnostics. This role involves active participation in molecular pathological tumor diagnostics, as well as the establishment, evaluation, and documentation of laboratory methods in accordance with quality management standards. You will work within one of Germany's largest pathology institutes, contributing to high-level molecular pathological diagnostics and research. This position is ideal for a scientist with a strong background in molecular biology and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) who thrives in a collaborative, university-medical environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in natural sciences with a doctorate (PhD) focusing on Molecular Biology or NGS.
Experience
- Professional experience in molecular pathological analytics

- Proven ability to manage method establishment and documentation within a quality management framework
