Job Summary

The Data Center Engineering Operations Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining the uptime and reliability of AWS data center infrastructure. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mission-critical mechanical and electrical systems, including UPS units, generators, MV electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure. You will perform site interventions, manage critical switching activities, and ensure that preventive maintenance programs are executed to the highest safety standards. The role involves drafting technical documentation, monitoring facility performance via Building Management Systems (BMS), and participating in infrastructure retrofits. You will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, collaborating with diverse engineering teams to deliver operational excellence.
