Job Summary
The City of Freiburg is seeking an HR IT Specialist to join their HR IT Competence Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for the ZEUS time-tracking system, providing application support, managing user permissions, and maintaining system data quality. You will act as a bridge between the HR department and the IT department, coordinating hardware and software requirements, resolving technical tickets, and conducting user training sessions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative HR processes and technical system management. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (ideally in Public Administration, Business, Law, Communications, or Business Informatics) OR certification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/Angestelltenprüfung II).
Experience
- Professional experience in application support or HR administration is desirable.
- Experience in managing technical systems and user support processes.
- Experience in coordinating IT-related tasks within a professional environment.

- Valid work permit for Germany is required. Professional knowledge of German labor, social security, and data protection law is required.
