As an Embedded Linux Engineer at WORK Microwave, you will play a pivotal role in developing, customizing, and maintaining Embedded Linux Board Support Packages (BSPs) for high-tech hardware platforms used in satellite communications, radar, and sensors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include bringing up new boards, configuring Linux kernels and bootloaders, and implementing robust security features like Secure Boot. You will work closely with hardware and application teams to optimize system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain device drivers. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in C/C++ programming, experience with build systems like Yocto or Buildroot, and a solid understanding of embedded security. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Embedded Linux
  • Practical experience in developing embedded Linux platforms and Board Support Package (BSP) adaptation
  • Experience in board bring-up and hardware-software integration
  • Experience with embedded security concepts and secure firmware update processes
