As a Systems Engineer at WORK Microwave, you will play a pivotal role in the development of complex RF systems for high-stakes defense projects. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the development and realization of complex high-frequency (RF) systems
- Proven experience in the technical management of development and research projects from concept to implementation
- Experience in qualification processes according to MIL-STD-461/MIL-STD-810 is preferred
- Experience in moderating technical architecture and design discussions with customers and internal teams

- Candidates must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a security clearance check in accordance with the German Security Check Act (SÜG). The role is based in Holzkirchen (near Munich) and requires a 40-hour work week.
