Job Summary

As a Project Manager in Facility Management at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein, you will lead complex building services and technical infrastructure projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final commissioning, ensuring that hospital facilities meet modern medical and energy efficiency standards. A key focus of this role is contributing to the hospital's transition toward a CO2-neutral energy supply. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and contractors, while maintaining strict control over project costs, timelines, and technical quality. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed technical degree in Plant Engineering, Technical Building Equipment (MEP), Energy and Building Technology, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project and construction management for large-scale, technically complex building projects.
  • Experience in hospital construction or clinical facility operations is desirable.
  • Experience in building renovation and construction within existing, operational facilities is desirable.
  • Knowledge of fire protection regulations and technical plant safety.
